Jared Zoller is a hard working, natural entrepreneur and leader with a relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence. His educational background in engineering and energy efficiency set the foundation for his extensive construction career — a majority of which was spent working for one of the largest construction companies in the US. Jared is always eager to conquer a tough challenge, and was quickly tasked with overseeing highly complex projects, including the $400,000,000 Wells Fargo Center and JW Marriott in Miami, Florida. These intricate projects ranging all across the East Coast required an immense amount of time, dedication, team coordination, attention to detail and foresight into cutting-edge industry techniques. Jared leveraged his vast knowledge base and strong work ethic to create his own company, Zoller Builders. He infuses the techniques from the commercial market into his well-crafted, custom built homes.

Jared prides himself on doing things differently, and doing things the right way. His customer centric mindset and high quality standards established his company’s positive reputation in the State College area, where he currently resides. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters and spending time with family and friends.
